Hypnotherapy is a modern therapeutic technique that uses deep relaxation alongside traditional talking therapies to help you tackle psychological, emotional, and behavioural issues.

Hypnosis is just one tool I use to help clients achieve positive results from therapy. If we both agree that hypnosis will be useful for you during our sessions, I will use it alongside more traditional talking therapies.
During a session that includes hypnosis, I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions. This allows you to overcome challenges and heal. The important thing to note here is that you are always in control and will be able to remember the whole thing. My role as the hypnotherapist is purely to facilitate your journey to healing.

It is usual to feel relaxed during and after our sessions, although the nature of the things we discuss may also leave you feeling tired. The number of sessions it takes to tackle challenges varies; some people see improvements quickly, while others may need more time.
