My Approach
I take a personalised approach to hypnotherapy, focusing on empowering you to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, and healing your inner child. Through therapy I guide you towards self-realisation and a renewed sense of self-worth.
Empowering You Through Awareness
My own experience with mental health struggles is why I became a Hypnotherapist, completing my training at the East Anglian Institute of Hypnotherapy with Master Hypnotherapists Mike Buckley and John Plester. I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register. I have also completed safeguarding training with Norfolk County Council and hold a current DBS check.

I know from my own experience that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. So I take an integrative approach, drawing on different aspects of a range of techniques depending on your needs.

Some of the approaches I use include Neurolinguistic Programming to challenge negative self-talk with the aim of reprocessing old patterns to replace them with new positive ones. I also use elements of Transactional Analysis to help you start a conversation with your inner child, and understand your interactions with others, so you can move forward in a more positive way. Hypnotherapy is a natural state of deep relaxation, effectively like a guided meditation. Being in this deeply relaxed state can help reprocess negative behaviours and experiences at a deeper, unconscious level.
While I may sometimes encourage you to look back as part of the therapy process, it will always be with one eye on the future. By understanding how the events of the past have impacted where you are today, you can use them to move to a more positive future.

Through our work together you can turn to a more positive chapter of your life.
